Refund Policy

Returns

We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. Our return policy lasts for 14 days from the date of your purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we won't be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item you're returning must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It should also be in its original packaging.

Please note that certain items are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods like food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines can't be returned. Additionally, we're unable to accept returns for intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Here's a list of items that are also non-returnable:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

Restocking Fee

We do have a restocking fee of 15% for eligible returns. Please note that this fee does not apply to exchange items.

For us to process your return, we'll need to see your receipt or proof of purchase. Kindly refrain from sending your purchase back to the manufacturer.

In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll send you an email to notify you about the status of your refund. We'll also let you know if your refund has been approved or rejected.

If your refund is approved, the amount will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or credit card within a specific number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received your refund yet, start by checking your bank account. Sometimes it takes a bit of time before a refund is posted.

If there's still no sign of your refund, reach out to your credit card company. It's possible there might be some processing delays on their end.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regularly priced items can be refunded; unfortunately, sale items can't be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please send us an email at c3rgear@gmail.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, we'll issue a gift credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift was shipped to the buyer to give to you later, we'll provide a refund to the gift giver, who will be informed about the return.

Shipping

Please note that you'll be responsible for covering the shipping costs when returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we'll receive your returned item otherwise.
