-Tracking item(s)? Most items are tracked; tracking provided after dispatch.
-Why haven't I received my item(s)? Delivery takes 10-30 working days or longer, depending on location and local post office hours.
**Note: The Item Guarantee Period (IGP) lasts 7 business days, allowing for reshipment if the order remains undelivered. ***IGP begins with the shipping confirmation email.
-Who performs the deliveries? Your items are delivered by our fulfillment center and are usually delivered via your local postal service.
-What time are deliveries typically made? Deliveries occur on weekdays, usually between 9am-5pm, following local post office hours.
-What if no one is at home? Most of our items will be left in your postbox if they fit; otherwise, they will usually be available for pickup at your local post office.
-Where do we ship from? Currently, we ship from our warehouse in Orlando, Miami .
-I made a mistake with my delivery address, what should I do? If you notice an error in your address, please reach out to us immediately with your full, correct address and order number, and we'll do our best to update it for you.
**Note: Buyers have a 2-hour Change of Mind Period upon purchase for alterations. Please reach out within this period to make changes.
-What about my billing address? Billing addresses cannot be edited at present to prevent fraud. Please ensure all details submitted are final.
-Can I change my address after receiving shipping confirmation? Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, changes cannot be made per our terms and conditions.
